Salesforce Platform Engineer
James
5+ years Salesforce development experience with a focus on PSS, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, Flow, LWC, RBAC, and DevOps. Prior delivery of government portals and citizen intake forms.
Solution Architect

Leads target-state architecture design, integration patterns, security architecture, and non-functional requirement assurance across all delivery phases. 8+ years Salesforce architecture with NSW Government and financial services clients.
